Palm Beach County Schools Maintain “A” Rating as Student Performance Continues to Rise

The School District of Palm Beach County has once again earned an “A” rating from the Florida Department of Education, reflecting continued academic success across the county's public schools.

According to the district, 143 schools (84%) earned an A or B grade, up from 120 schools the previous year, while 38 schools improved their letter grade. Notably, no district-operated school received a D or F.

Among the year's biggest success stories, Dwight D. Eisenhower K-8, Glade View Elementary, S.D. Spady Elementary, and West Gate Elementary each improved from a C to an A rating.

The district's success extends beyond school grades. Palm Beach County reported a record 93.5% graduation rate, with 86% of seniors participating in college-level coursework and students earning approximately 15,000 industry certifications.

The latest ratings reinforce Palm Beach County's reputation as one of Florida's top-performing large school districts and highlight the continued efforts of students, educators, and families working together to achieve academic excellence.

Residents in West Lake Worth and West Boynton Beach have plenty to celebrate, with several neighborhood schools earning "A" grades, including Park Vista Community High School, Christa McAuliffe Middle School, Emerald Cove Middle School, Mantee Community Elementary, Hagen Road Elementary, and Citrus Cove Elementary.
